Resolved -
The incident has been fully resolved. Following the failover to our secondary EU node on 21 April, the Agent App and Admin Portal returned to normal operation. Remediation work on the affected primary region was completed with Microsoft support, and failback to the primary region has been successfully executed.
We thank you for your patience during this incident. A Reason for Outage (RFO) document is available on request via our support channels.

Monitoring -
We have identified the cause of the error messages in the Agent App and Admin Portal. The issue occurred during an automated scale-up of EU resources ahead of the European working day.
As a mitigation, we have failed over to our secondary EU node. The Agent App and Admin Portal should now be operating normally.

We are currently investigating reports of error messages appearing in the ROGER365 Admin Portal. Some users may see error notifications while navigating or performing actions in either application.
